What Does “Full-Service Photography” Mean?

If you’ve made your way around my site or if you’ve been researching photography options, you’ve probably seen the term “full-service photography.” What exactly does that mean and is that the type of photography experience you want? As Dallas’s premier full-service photographer, I’m happy to explain.

Every photographer has their own process and practices, so “full-service” can mean different things for different photographers. Ultimately, though, it means the photographer’s process is designed to make your experience as easy and stress-free as possible. From planning to creating a printed, display-worthy portrait, the photographer takes care of it all so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

In my case, the full-service experience I provide has four luxury components.

I believe that every client deserves wholly unique portraits that capture the genuine joy of this time in their lives. That’s why I work with each client directly to plan the portrait session of their dreams. We’ll chat together about your vision for your photos and I’ll design a special session of sets, outfits, and poses that suit your tastes within my signature vintage art style.

Boutique Service for Personalized Attention

Photography is an art form and, as we all know, you can’t rush good art. That’s why my focus is not on squeezing in as many clients as possible but on giving every client the time and attention their session deserves. I accept a limited number of sessions to be sure that you’ll have my full and undivided attention.

All the Odds and Ends

For many parents, the mere mention of a photo session makes them stressed. They think about planning outfits and backup outfits, buying new clothes, getting everyone’s outfits laundered and pressed, finding a way to transport everything to the photo studio without getting wrinkles or stains on it, and so on. With my full-service photography, you can forget all of that.

I take care of all those bits and pieces. I provide all of the props, accessories, and even upscale couture clothes and shoes for my clients’ portraits. It’s all about making it as easy for you as possible while ensuring that everything coordinates perfectly to create the look we’re going for.

Hands-On Ordering and Display Services

With full-service photography, my work doesn’t end after your photos are finished and edited. Rather than giving you your pictures and sending you off to figure out the rest, I take the time to ensure that you can make the most of your portraits. I’ll help you plan out which images to display and how and where to display them. I even handle the logistics of ordering your finished products from my network of high-quality artisans.
