What to Expect from Newborn Photography at Allison Dittman Photography

I provide every client with a premium experience from start to finish. Together, we will discuss what is most important to you so I can then customize your session and create a beautiful gallery that you will cherish for years to come.

Each newborn session is as unique as every family that I have the honor of photographing. Throughout your baby’s session, their comfort and safety is my top priority. Through multiple classes and workshops, I am highly trained in newborn safety.



Although there are some babies that will sleep through their whole session, more times than not, your little one will need to be fed or soothed a few times during the session. I do not put a time limit on newborn sessions – your baby leads the way! I want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your session so while I work my magic, you can sit back and relax, even nap if you’d like, in the comfort of my Dallas portrait studio.



When we meet back up for your personal reveal and ordering appointment, I will guide you through the process of selecting your favorite images and deciding how those images will best be displayed throughout your home. I provide only the finest quality of heirloom artwork, from organic linen albums to traditional and timeless gallery-wrapped canvases to beautiful, vibrant, modern metal prints for a more contemporary feel to a farmhouse-feel wooden photo block everyone is sure to love.
